Data we process
A private guest identifier, buyer-provided text, live conversation audio, transcripts, editable requirement data, the mobile number supplied after a requirement is prepared, supplier responses, and operational logs may be processed to provide the service.
Voice and AI processing
When a buyer starts live voice, microphone audio is sent over an encrypted WebRTC connection to the configured AI provider for the spoken conversation and transcription. Conversation transcripts are used to create structured requirement fields. The permanent provider API key remains on the server; the browser receives only a short-lived session credential.
Sharing
A draft requirement is not intended for supplier distribution until the buyer approves it. Approved requirement information may be shared with selected suppliers for quotation. onBusiness does not sell buyer requirements as advertising data.
Guest access and contact details
No email account is required to prepare a requirement. Drafts are associated with a private guest session stored in the browser. A mobile or WhatsApp number is requested only when the buyer chooses to begin supplier matching.
Analytics
Google Analytics is enabled only when configured and the visitor grants analytics consent. Consent can be declined without losing access to the public website.
Retention and requests
Retention periods will be limited to service, security, legal, and transaction requirements. Email hello@onbusiness.in to request access, correction, export, or deletion, subject to applicable obligations.
