Our role
OnBusiness is a coordination and marketplace desk. Unless a separate written contract says otherwise, service work is performed by independent partner crews. We help match, price, and follow up — we are not the on-site employer of every technician unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Quotes and rates
Website content is not a binding offer. Provider availability, scope, credentials, pricing, taxes, payment terms, and after-service obligations must be confirmed in writing before work starts.
Acceptable use
