Verification
What “verified” means here — no empty badges
We will not claim police verification, GST checks, or site audits we have not performed. Below is the checklist used as providers are assessed; each introduction should state the highest completed level.
Level 1 — Identity & reachability
- Named business or proprietor contact
- Working phone / WhatsApp used for job coordination
- Services and cities they actually cover
Level 2 — Business basics
- GSTIN when the partner is GST-registered (recorded on file)
- Invoice capability for institutional billing
- Crew size and equipment relevant to the service
Level 3 — Capability & quality
- Reference job or supervised trial where practical
- Written checklist compliance on institutional jobs
- After-service responsiveness — required to stay active
What we do not claim (yet)
Until a step is operational for a partner, we do not show it as done. Public partner profiles only list verification levels that are complete. See Partners for any consented public profiles.
Institutions
Ask us which verification level applies to the crew assigned to your job. Prefer transparency over marketing adjectives.
